CryoSurge modules
Two standardized modules. Any scale.
Vertical 18,000-gallon cryogenic tanks, ACD pumps, CryoQuip vaporizers, and an Allen-Bradley control container, pre-engineered as one package and sited to NFPA 59A.

CryoSurge 3T
| Usable LNG | 45,000 gal |
| Stored gas | 3,690 MCF |
| Net electric energy | 436 MWh |
| Runtime at 25 / 50 / 100 MW | 17.4 / 8.7 / 4.4 h |

CryoSurge 4T
| Usable LNG | 60,800 gal |
| Stored gas | 5,022 MCF |
| Net electric energy | 581.3 MWh |
| Runtime at 25 / 50 / 100 MW | 23.4 / 11.6 / 5.8 h |
What every module contains
Storage
Vertical 18,000-gallon double-wall vacuum-insulated tanks rated about 175 PSIG, by Chart, CVA, and Taylor-Wharton. Documented vacuum readings; recertified; R-stamp on any repair.
Pumps
ACD TC-34 submersible cryogenic pumps: a dual pump skid at 100 GPM and 10–200 PSI for vaporizer feed, plus a single 50 GPM load pump for transfer.
Vaporization
Two CryoQuip ambient vaporizer systems in the 250 MCF/hr class, up to 450 PSIG, all-aluminum, fan-assisted, sized for 25–100 MW per module depending on autonomy.
Controls
A brand-new 10×10 industrial control container with Allen-Bradley CompactLogix and a dedicated GuardLogix safety PLC, ESD, pump sequencing, flow and pressure monitoring, pre-wired for redundant power.
Balance of plant
Cryogenic interconnect piping, mechanical, electrical, safety and automation engineering, delivered as a pre-engineered package for a concrete pad in a fenced utility yard.
Standby
Active boil-off and pressure management so a module in backup service holds its fuel without venting until the day it is needed.
Scaling from pod to farm
| Deployment tier | Configuration | Supports |
|---|---|---|
| Pod | 1 module (3–4 tanks) | 10–25 MW |
| Mid-size farm | 5–10 tanks, N+1 piping | 25–60 MW, 24–72 h |
| Hyperscale farm | 10–20 tanks | 60–120 MW, 48–96+ h |
