How it works
Six steps. Equipment ships at step five.
Permitting and refurbishment run in parallel, so the schedule is set by the AHJ, not by tank fabrication.
Screening call
Load profile, autonomy target, pipeline and grid ETA, site constraints, generation type. We size modules and sketch a site arrangement against NFPA 59A setbacks.
Budgetary proposal
Configuration, purchase and lease pricing side by side, EPC scope, fuel plan, deployment schedule. Every proposal quotes both buying and leasing.
Inspection and data room
Visit the Texas yard or review drawings, vacuum readings, inspection reports, and recertification records for the specific vessels allocated to your project.
Sign and deposit
Purchase order, lease, or bundle agreement. Equipment is contracted separately from EPC milestones so refurbishment starts immediately.
Ship, and permit in parallel
Modules are refurbished, recertified, and shipped in 60–120 days. In parallel we prepare the NFPA 59A submittal and work the AHJ process, typically 6–18 months depending on the jurisdiction's LNG experience.
Install, commission, fuel
Pad, containment, setting, piping, electrical tie-in, cooldown, first fill, ESD tests, operator training. CNGdelivery trailers begin scheduled deliveries against a contracted minimum inventory.
Compare: grid interconnection averages 5.2 years in PJM; a new tank alone takes 12–18 months. LNGVault's critical path is the permit, and we run it while the equipment is already being refurbished.
