Fuel supply

A virtual pipeline with a tank at the end of it.

Scheduled LNG deliveries from CNGdelivery's trailer fleet into your CryoSurge or existing storage, with the buffer that lets the plant run through delivery gaps.

Who it is for

Any site running gas turbines or reciprocating engines without pipeline supply, or with a pipeline that can be curtailed. Sites already fed by trailers that want a buffer and a second supplier.

What is included

  • LNG sourced from regional liquefaction plants, delivered by trailer on a schedule that holds a contracted minimum tank level.
  • Level and pressure monitoring through the CryoSurge control container; delivery logs and monthly reconciliation.
  • Fuel planning against your dispatch profile; storm and peak-demand surge plans.
  • Optional CNG/VNG trailer supply for mixed-fuel sites.

Pricing structure

Index (Henry Hub or regional hub) plus a liquefaction and delivery adder per MMBtu, with volume tiers. Firm supply carries a take-or-pay floor on a contracted minimum; spot deliveries at a premium; optional fixed-price tranche. Adders quoted per region.

How much fuel a plant needs

Plant loadGas flowLNGTrailers per dayBuffer per 4T
25 MW206 MCF/hr2,580 gal/hr6–723.4 h
50 MW411 MCF/hr5,160 gal/hr12–1311.6 h
100 MW822 MCF/hr10,320 gal/hr25+5.8 h

Basis: 82,644 Btu/gal LHV, 40% net electric efficiency, about 103 gal LNG per MWh. Buffer scales linearly with module count. Run your own numbers.

At 50 MW a plant needs a trailer every two hours. Without a buffer one late truck starves the turbines. One CryoSurge 4T absorbs half a day; two absorb a full day. That is what turns trailer supply from a risk into a contract.
